"One Day or Day One," someone once said. Every day, you have the choice of what attitude you will take. Do you often find yourself thinking about the things you will say or do? Do you wait forever, it seems, to make a decision, or take action on a matter? Do you find yourself taking the other route by constantly deciding that "This is a new day." Each day is a chance to start over, you believe.
Most of us, it seems, waver between the two ways to look at things. Some days, it's easier to believe that one day this or that will eventually happen. Then, some days, we feel energized, and ready to take on a whole new attitude.
Some say that motivation only lasts for so long. The secret is to be disciplined. Either way, we need to remember why we started with a program or exercise or treatment or routine. Why is it important? What are the consequences of not following through on some matters? What do we actually believe?
