Forgive

No doubt, you've heard the importance of forgiving others for your own well being. It's also just as important to also forgive yourself. 

Have you ever felt guilty for not following through on something you said that you would do? In times of challenges, we are often faced with the stress of having to do difficult tasks. When we have a hard time keeping up, we can look upon it as a failure on our part. This can create a downward spiral of regret and discouragement.

Forgive yourself when you don't measure up to standards you might set for yourself. We are human, and we get tired and beaten down by life's detours. We need strength and faith to move forward.
