How do you handle adversity? Would others say that you handle it well? or Would others say that you really fall apart when things go south? Would you agree with them?
A tennis commentator was remarking on a young player. "One of his greatest strengths is that when he plays a poor set, you never would know it. His attitude, his body language is so positive, so good, that's what helps him come back."
Maybe, the same would work for you. Words have enough power on their own, but attitude and body language are important also. Try to be aware of what happens to you and your body, when difficulties arise.
