It might be hard to love life while you're in pain, facing challenges, and difficulties every way you turn. Life may have taken some unexpected detours, but you do have choices. You can give up, admitting that everything is just too much to handle, or you can look reality in the face, and take a stand.

While your energy and spirit might be lacking, you will need all of it for the battle ahead. Extra baggage of hate, fear, and regret can hold you down, and take that energy away when you need it most. Don't let that happen.
