You got up with a renewed spirit this morning ready to tackle the challenges in your life. Everything looked promising as you went about the morning routine. You told yourself that you would stay positive and avoid all of the Why Me? Kind of thinking that you have grown to despise.
Somewhere along the way however your positive attitude drained from you. You’re not sure how or why. All you know is that this is not the same positive person who got up this morning.
All of us go through these feelings. It’s just hard to figure out. Rather than wasting time trying to figure it out, let’s spend our energy on trying to find a solution.
Be creative. Find a distraction. Read a good book. Watch a good movie. Exercise if you can. Talk to someone. Listen to a good song. Find something good to eat.
Close your eyes and find a place of peace.
